Coloring Contest and Local Business Collaboration

I've partnered with another local business, Quad Que BBQ mobile smokehouse, to offer a coloring contest! We've got four different coloring sheets, all available as PDF for you to print and color, and four awesome prizes available!

Kids and adults, alike, can participate. Below are JPGs of the coloring sheets but you can also email myself (kcannady@lohmillerrealestate.com) or Chad at Quad Que (pitmaster@quadque.com) for a PDF.

Quad Que has offered up two $25 gift cards for their award winning barbeque and I am offering two home valuations, called a Competitive Market Analysis. 

A Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) provides a snapshot of the value of your home. While it is not an official appraisal, a CMA gives an accurate representation of your home's market value, if you were to chose to sell your home, refinance or consider the possibility of a home equity line of credit.

Coloring sheets can be submitted by taking a picture and posting to Facebook  and tagging my business page or Quad Que (facebook.com/karencannadyrealtor or facebook.com/quadque) or private messaging  or emailing them to KPC Realtor (kcannady@lohmillerrealestate.com).

The contest will run September 1-22, 2021 and prizes will be awarded within a week after the close of the contest and we can't wait to see everyone's entries!

Everything You Need to Know Before Moving to Batesville Indiana
